| 内容简介（中文） | 「金门」是汉代的官署，因门旁有铜马，又称为「金马门」。皇帝征召有才能的文人，在金马门担任待诏，如武帝时的公孙弘、东方朔，宣帝时的刘向等，都出身于金马门待诏。曲折的围栏石阶前，卫士与官员，迎接从步道前来的士人，旧题为「金门应诏」，不能确定描绘的对象，从画幅大小来看，可能是一套册页的一幅。右下角有后周至宋界画家郭忠恕款，应是仿作的。 |
| 内容简介（英文） | “Chin-men (Golden Gate)” refers to an official post in the Han dynasty. With a golden bronze horse sculpture by the gate, it was also “Golden Horse Gate”. The emperor would call talented scholars to service at Golden Horse Gate, such as Kung-sun Hung and Tung Fang-shuo under Emperor Wu-ti and Liu Hsiang under Emperor Hsuan-ti. By a zig-zagging balustrade and stone steps, guards and officials greet the scholar approaching, hence the title here of “Summoned to Golden Gate”. However, it is uncertain if this is the actual subject. Judging from the size of the work, it may have originally been an album leaf. The signature of Kuo Chung-shu in the lower right corner is probably a later, spurious addition. |
