The dates given for each of the original volumes are the following. Juan 1: 光绪十八年新正月初一日立, 三月十五日止 (From guangxu reign period, 18th year, first 1st day of 1st lunar month, to 15th day of 3rd month); Juan 2: 光绪十八年三月十五日立, 五月初七日止 (From guangxu reign period, 18th year, 15th day of third month, to first 7th day of 5th month). Juan 3: 光绪十八年五月初八日起, 闰六月十一日止 (From guangxu reign period, 18th year, first 8th day of 5th month, to 11th day of 6th intercalary month). Juan 4: 光绪十八年闰六月十二日起, 十月十二日止 (From guangxu reign period, 18th year, 12th day of 6th intercalary month, to 12th day of 10th month). Juan 5: 光绪十八年十月十三日起、十二月廿五日止 (From guangxu reign period, 18th year, 13th day of 10th month, to 25th day of 12th month). The volumes are well preserved. Written in running hand style. Average calligraphy; 21.8× 12.2. Paper made from young bamboo. No lines; no frames |
