附注项	此平江华琳彚编经济食货之书，名曰《苏藩政要》。其于分田制禄，通漕治河，蠲政赏恤诸大端，糜不备焉。前有诸以锦序、李模序、管廷栋序。此书编写目的虽为为官之道，实记录有大量当时江南一带第一手经济资料，为研究清中期嘉道时重要经济史料。 This book, su fan zheng yao, was compiled by Hua Lin who was from Pingjiang County. The book was about the materials on economy, food and merchandise. It shows the important matters and orders on the system of agriculture,water transportation, etc. Three prefaces by Zhu Yijin, Li Mo and Guan Tingdong. The main mission for this book was to lead the officials toward the right way, at the same time, it also collected a lot of first-hand records about the Southern China’s economy, which became very important historical materials for Economic Research in mid-Qing Dynasty (1796-1850 A.D.) .
