[RAS 043.003] A votive door god. In full armour, he wears the flags of a theatrical general, with a battle axe and sheathed sword.

From a collection of 10 Chinese woodblock prints of door gods (men shen) from the Yangtze Valley and South China, donated to the RAS by Brian Houghton Hodgson on 4 November 1826.
