陈居中，嘉秦间（1201─1204）画院待诏。工画人物，亦擅蕃族人马。宋元载籍关于陈氏之资料极少，至明则时见其作品流传之记载，而以蕃马题材居多。元柯九思推许陈氏之作，不亚于宣和蕃马名家黄宗道。 蕃骑行猎草原，人马野鹿追逐奔驰。猎者挽弓待发，野鹿闻弦惊骤，此一紧张之情状，形成画中扣人心弦之情节，益愈生动感人。 |
| 内容简介（英文） |
Ch’en Chu-chung was an Attendant of the Painting Academy in the Chia-tai era (1201-1204) who specialized in portraying figures and Mongolian horses. K’o Chiu-ssu, a Yuan painter, praised Ch’en’s works as being as fine as those of Huang Ch’ungtao, a well known horse painter in the Hsuan-ho Painting Academy. Especially during the Ming period (1368-1644), Ch’en Chu-chung was praised for his specialty, depicting Nomadic tribesmen and horses. This picture depicts the climax of a hunting scene. In the right of the picture, an archer, turning his body on a galloping horse, is preparing to shoot a deer. The deer, frightened by the noise of the hunt, is jumping in a panic-stricken manner. The dynasty tension between the galloping horse, stooping man and jumping deer gives the picture an immediacy. |
